CARICOM Competition Commission

Competition Authority: The CARICOM Competition Commission (CCC) was established by Chapter VIII of the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas.
The CCC was inagurated in 18 January, 2008 and is headquartered in Paramaribo, Suriname.
Competition Legislation: Chapter VIII of the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas covers the Community Competition Policy.
